Yin Yoga

Via Zoom on Monday, 9:30 am to 10:30 am

Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. It focuses on relaxing muscles and stretching connective tissues like ligaments, joints, and fascia. Yin Yoga can help improve flexibility and range of motion, and it can also help you tune into your body and mind. Teachers offer pose variations that feel good for your body and incorporate props to support your body weight.
